We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK (the “ICO”), and our registration number is ZA192930.

You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the ICO (www.ico.org.uk). We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the ICO so please contact us in the first instance. It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.

1. What information do we collect?

We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal data:

2. Cookies

All information collected on this website is stored and processed on servers in UK data centers. No non-UK data storage will be used.

In those instances where express permission is given by way of requests by you for additional services from third party suppliers, some personally identifiable data may be securely transferred to those external third partys’ systems. In those instances the data will be subject to the data protection and security policies of those organizations.

We have taken all reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

All transmission of personally identifiable information over the internet is done using https (a secure internet protocol) and hence is extremely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password.

We may update this privacy policy from time-to-time by posting a new version on our website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes.

We may also notify you of changes to our privacy policy by email.

8. Your rights

You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you.

You may instruct us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes by email at any time. We do not carry out automated decision-making and profiling.
